The Purposes of the Maple Woods Estates
Homeowners Association are to:

  • Promote a sense of community, friendship, and pride in owning a home in Maple Woods Estates.
  • Protect and enhance the property values of the individual homeowner as well as the entire Maple Woods Estates development.
  • Be aware of issues that could affect the Maple Woods Estates community and inform its residents of their significance.

The Functions the Maple Woods Estates
Homeowners Association can provide are:

  • Bring a representative voice at city government functions and future endeavors that may affect our community.
  • Forming an Architectural committee to ensure the attractiveness of the residential area.  Administering judgements to maintain the Declaration of Restrictions for Maple Woods Estates.
  • Pursuing saftey concerns of our development.
  • Organizing social functions to enhance the neighborhood community.
  • Electing a board of directors that provides direction and a listening post for Maple Woods Estates Homeowners membership.

The Benefits of belonging to Maple Woods Estates
Homeowners Association are:

    • Block parties
    • Golf outings
    • Annual Maple Woods Estates Homeowners Meeting
    • Annual Christmas home decoration contest
    • Awards for landscaping and upkeep of homeowner property
  • Providing specific services for Maple Woods Estates Homeowners Association members:
  • Providing an informative newsletter for and from the Maple Woods Estates community.
  • Providing an annual Maple Woods Estates directory with map.

Annual membership dues for all of the benefits and functions of the Maple Woods Homeowners Association are $40.00.
